<h3>Who we are looking for</h3>
<p>A dynamic and dedicated professional with experience in debt restructuring in emerging markets, sustainable finance and&nbsp; private debt in particular. The position is full-time with reporting line to the Head of Risk &amp; Recovery. The position will be based in either Geneva, London or Amsterdam.</p>

About the Job

<p><strong>Workout Management &amp;</strong> coordination</p>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
<li>Negotiate, implement and re-assess recovery strategies based on the borrower&rsquo;s financial situation and prospect of recovery in a highly uncertain environment</li>
<li>Relationship management with the defaulting parties institutions and all stakeholders involved in the Work-Out processes</li>
<li>Lead restructuring cases when required , including organizing creditors calls, engaging external parties, negotiating with the borrower on behalf of lenders, proposing and executing a strategy</li>
<li>Ensure timely dissemination of key events information to the Front office, particularly regarding sensitive loan restructuring cases</li>
<li>Manage relationship with external stakeholders, in particular law firms and legal counsels</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Workout Operations</strong></p>

<li>Perform tailor-made reporting when necessary<br />Coordinate and supervise the execution of the</li>
<li>Restructuring Agreement (in coordination with the Structured Finance team)</li>
<li>Support contractual structuring of transactions and review of legal documentation</li>

Your Qualification

<p><strong>Skills/qualifications/experience:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous person, able to work in a fast growing and challenging environment, as well as having attention to detail. More specifically, we have the following requirements:</p>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
<li>Experience in the field of credit risk assessment of financial institutions in emerging markets, or legal experience negotiating restructurings/ wind-down/ out of court settlements</li>
<li>Strong negotiations skills</li>
<li>Legal / paralegal background is a strong asset</li>
<li>Interest in and enthusiasm for sustainable investment</li>
<li>Willingness to grow and take on additional responsibilities</li>
<li>Capacity to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure</li>
<li>Fluent in English, another language (Spanish or French) is a strong asset</li>
<li>University degree in finance, law or equivalent</li>
</ul>
