<h3>Who we are looking for&nbsp;</h3>
<p>Symbiotics Asset Management is looking for a Head of Sales who will help us implement our sales strategy and reach our growth objectives.</p>
<p>You have a proven experience in the management of an Institutional Sales team in the Asset Management or Banking industry. You have a good understanding of Fixed Income instruments and private markets and can leverage your existing network of institutional investors.</p>
<p>The position is based in our Geneva office. You will be a member of the Management Committee of the company and report to the Head of Clients division.</p>

About the Job

<p>The role consists of the following:</p>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
<li>Management of the Sales Team as well as third-party marketers</li>
<li>Increasing our Sales capabilities by recruiting additional Salespersons and/or third-party marketers</li>
<li>Acquisition of new institutional clients</li>
<li>Client relationship management of a portfolio of existing investors</li>
<li>Cover general networking and representation activities of the company</li>
</ul>

Your Qualification

<p>We are looking for a dynamic person who is result oriented, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.</p>
<p>More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:</p>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
<li>Highly interested in impact finance and/or sustainable development</li>
<li>Proven leadership capabilities</li>
<li>Degree in Economics, Finance, International affairs or equivalent qualification and/or experience</li>
<li>Fluent in both French &amp; English. Other languages would be a plus</li>
<li>Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit is required</li>
</ul>
