For this reason, we will not require personal data such as photos, date of birth or gender to be included on CV applications.</p> <p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Product Development Analyst and who will be working within the Product Development Unit (PDU). You will focus mainly on the Client onboarding. This starts with support to the pre-sales development (including Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP)) as well as the full onboarding of new mandates (mainly sub-funds), third-party AIFMs and ManCos. The Analyst will also support the sales and client relations team of the Clients division with different tasks related to the smooth functioning of the team as well as ad hoc requests from prospective and existing Clients.</p> <p>The position is based in our Head office in Geneva, with reporting line to the Head of Product Development Unit, reporting to the Head of Asset Management.</p>

<p><strong>Product development and support to the sales team</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Answer DDQs and special requests in coordination with the relationship manager in charge of the Clients and the different internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Reply or redirect questions asked by Clients relative to the onboarding process</li> <li>Take part in project management: articulate the process involving all internal (our own divisions) and external (Client’s various divisions + possible consultants) stakeholders</li> <li>Organize on-site visits for prospects and existing Clients (including due diligences), coordinate agenda, review internal presentations and revert to the Client with requested documents</li> <li>Support the sales team with ad-hoc questions on products, operational setup and value chain</li> <li>Ensure proper delivery of reporting material by responsible units as well as consistency across units</li> <li>Produce pipeline simulations and portfolio optimization under constraints</li> <li>Coordinate external ManCo / AIFM onboarding</li> <li>Draft contractual agreements and circular resolutions for sub-funds in the context of Alternative Investment Funds domiciled in Luxembourg</li> <li>Manage the registration of new sub-funds under EU AIFM / Non-EU AIFM regulatory framework</li> <li>Manage Mifid II / SFDR regulatory reporting frameworks and assist the team to implement new regulatory frameworks and reports into Symbiotics value chain</li> <li>On-boarding of new operational providers in the context of special projects</li> <li>Apply systematically all formatting methodologies for all internal and external documents</li> </ul>
Your Qualification

<p>We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized person who is eager to learn, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.</p> <p>More specifically, you :</p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the finance industry (Private banking, Institutional asset management etc.) and particularly in a product development or product management function</li> <li>Good organizational abilities, ability to work on several different tasks, proven project management skills, resistance to stress and a ready to face a potentially irregular workload</li> <li>Good command of Word, Power Point and Excel.</li> <li>Learning ability for other portfolio optimization software and Bloomberg</li> <li>Strong interest in impact investing, and desire to build knowledge of our businesses and markets</li> <li>Good written and oral communication skills in French and English.
