For this reason, we will not require personal data such as photos, date of birth or gender to be included on CV applications.</p> <h3>Who are we looking for?</h3> <p>You are an experienced and degree educated Business Analyst who will work as a liason among project stakeholders in order to understand the structure, the business processes, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals and meet achieve its overall business strategies.</p> <p>The Business Analyst has the ability to work on multiple digital projects simultaneously, gather and translate business requirements into digestible information to support build and improve corporate processes and solutions, as well as, testing and writing users’ documentation to support the solutions launch.</p> <p>The position is based in Geneva and you are reporting to the Head of Digital Projects.</p>

<p><strong>Support the Business in clarifying needs</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Work with the different internal teams to determine and understand their practices, operational objectives and challenges</li> <li>Map and analyze existing solutions and related processes</li> <li>Conduct insightful ad hoc analyses to investigate operational issues</li> <li>Support process mapping vs. system process mapping (gap analysis) and propose solutions</li> <li>Identify and benchmark existing digital solutions which address business needs or, if not, submit a digital developments proposal to the Project Manager</li> </ul> <p><strong>Organize, specify, and model requirements</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Gather and document business requirements</li> <li>Translate business needs into functional specifications for third parties’ solutions integration and/or inhouse development</li> </ul> <p><strong>Implement and tests solutions</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>In coordination with the Project Manager, serve as an interface of communication between the business and the technical team</li> <li>Write the demo scripts, test cases and scenarios</li> <li>Run UATs and test cases and document test results</li> <li>Incorporate business users feedbacks on test results and modify specs</li> </ul> <p><strong>S</strong><strong>upport business transition</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Ensure plans are made and processes created to incorporate the changes made</li> <li>Participate to demos, trainings</li> <li>Provide post-project business analysis support in case of operational issues linked to the delivered solution and monitor the predefined KPIs</li> <li>Provide support on the drafting of user guides, answering FAQs and troubleshooting documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Methodology</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Ensure the business analysis methodology is documented, adequate and up to date</li> </ul>
Your Qualification

<p>We are looking for a dynamic person who is autonomous and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.</p> <p>More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in finance or engineering</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis in finance/banking industry</li> <li>Detail oriented, analytical, inquisitive and solution-oriented</li> <li>Ability to work independently, as well as with others</li> <li>Organized with project management experience and skills</li> <li>Business Analysis and documentation know-how</li> <li>BABOK certification is a plus</li> <li>Proven capacity to work under stress within tight deadlines</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>Prior experience in user testing, process improvements, and working within an agile environment would be a plus</li> <li>Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit is required</li> </ul>
