For this reason, we will not require personal data such as photos, date of birth or gender to be included on CV applications.</p> <h3>Who we are looking for</h3> <p>You are a Junior Sales & Relationship Manager with prior experience in sales and relationship management with professional and institutional investors in Switzerland, Europe and abroad. We are looking for someone with prior experience in financial services, and in particular the impact investments industry who can help implement our long term sales strategy, including the launch of new products and funds.</p> <p>The position is based in our Head Office in Geneva, Switzerland, reporting to the Sales and Investor Relationship Manager. </p>
About the Job

<ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Support the establishment of new business relationships & strengthening of existing ones.</li> <li>Identify new potential investors across market segments (asset owners, asset managers, private banks, etc.) and geographies.</li> <li>Assist with the launch and distribution of both existing / new products and funds.</li> <li>Support the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing materials as required.</li> <li>Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, propose changes and amendments to the CRM system if and as required.</li> <li>Ensure opportunities are properly followed up on, and deals move through pipeline and get closed within reasonable time frames.</li> <li>Attend industry events, both in Switzerland and abroad, and support SYAM’s participation in such events if and as required.</li> <li>Monitor industry and market trends to identify new business opportunities in coordination with other teams.</li> <li>Support the organization of quarterly reviews, due-diligence visits, and other similar efforts involving existing clients and investors if and as required.</li> </ul> <p> </p>

<p>We are looking for a self-driven and entrepreneurial candidate who is sales oriented, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.</p> <p><br />More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field</li> <li>You have prior sales or relationship management support experience in an impact investment firm (ideally 1-2 years)</li> <li>You enjoy collaborating with others to reach common goals</li> <li>You are comfortable to work in an international and multi-cultural workplace</li> <li>You pride yourself in providing a great client experience</li> <li>You easily build trust with others by being down to earth, realistic and being open to other perspectives and ideas</li> <li>You are adept and agile to perform in a fast-paced environment, and managing competing demands and priorities</li> <li>You have a high level of integrity and confidentiality</li> <li>The ideal candidate will also bring prior international work experience and direct knowledge of Symbiotics’ investee countries</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. Knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal and Refinitiv an advantage</li> <li>Fluent English is required and other languages ( French, Spanish etc) would be a plus</li> <li>Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit required</li> </ul>
