Symbiotics Asset Management serves a client base of European asset managers and institutional investors. You will help to improve our processes, establish high standards of client service and facilitate sales efforts across our target markets.</p> <p>The position is based in our Head office in Geneva, reporting to the head of Marketing & Operations.</p>
About the Job
<p><strong>CRM management (MS Dynamics) </strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Implementation & prioritizing of new features</li> <li>Development & Management of reporting</li> <li>Quality control</li> </ul> <p><strong>Client support & reporting</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Coordinate and support timely and accurate delivery of reporting for all funds managed by Symbiotics</li> <li>Contribute to timely creation and updates of marketing collateral</li> <li>Sales & fund analytics</li> <li>Manage investor relations mailbox and answer first level of client questions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Event & webinar support</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Support the sales team, creating marketing materials for external events and conferences</li> <li>Set-up and coordination of client events</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Sales enablement</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Management and development of central sales literature hub</li> <li>Coordinate training (CRM, Sharepoint,…)</li> </ul>
<p>We are looking for a client-centric and service-oriented team-player to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, able to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and may have an initial experience in the asset management industry. Autonomy and initiative are highly valued.</p> <p>More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Bachelor or master’s degree in business / economics or similar</li> <li>0-3 years of work experience</li> <li>Interest in impact investing, and desire to build knowledge of our business and markets</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Digitally savvy, knowledge of marketing & sales software tools (MS Dynamics, Mailchimp, Sharepoint, MS Office)</li> <li>Fluent English & French. Dutch a plus.</li> <li>Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit</li> </ul>
