<h3>Job Description</h3> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>In coordination with Investments & hubs, definition of rating publication priority list</li> <li>Coordination with hubs for timely delivery of institution and country risk watch list</li> <li>Day-to-day tutoring of the MCR Associate</li> <li>Review of Investment Advisory Reports and Stress Tests in consultation with Markets Analyst or Regional Manager in charge if necessary</li> <li>Under the supervision of the Head of Business Unit, validation of credit risk ratings, social performance ratings and market risk assessments</li> <li>Organization, facilitation and chair of internal credit committees (CC) level 2 sessions</li> <li>Supervision of post-CC process, including review of questions raised by CC members and draft CC memo</li> <li>Review and monitor market and institution risk watch list, provided by Markets</li> <li>Ad-hoc advices to Portfolio Managers and Advisors on market and institution risks</li> <li>Support to Risk & Recovery unit</li> <li>Provision of comments on covenant reviews and waiver requests</li> <li>Development and maintenance of internal credit committee processes</li> <li>Overview market/country/industry risk methodologies and reporting</li> <li>Upkeep credit risk and social performance appraisal methodologies and reporting for the microfinance segment, the SME financing segment and other impact financing segments</li> </ul>

<h3>Requirements</h3> <p>We are looking for a dynamic person who is sales oriented, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.</p> <p><br />More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Solid experience (at least 5 years) in credit analysis, financial analysis or investment management in the context of Micro and SME lending financial institutions</li> <li>Experience in corporate or project finance risk is a strong plus</li> <li>Preferable previous experience with Emerging Markets and/or Frontier Markets</li> <li>You are dedicated to social and sustainable development</li> <li>You have the capacity to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis</li> <li>You are able to work comfortably in English. Other languages such as French, Spanish, Russian or Mandarin are a strong plus</li> </ul>
