<h3>Who we are looking for</h3>
<p>You are a Risk Analyst who will support the Risk Manager to assess and monitor the risks of the funds managed by Symbiotics France. The Risk Analyst will contribute to implement the new risk indicators and analyses to improve the current risk management framework of Symbiotics France. The Risk Analyst will also participate in the oversight of enterprise risk by monitoring the operational risk and participating in Due Diligence on delegates. The Risk Analyst will also contribute to the preparation of monthly risk reports.</p>
<p>This full-time position is based in the office of Symbiotics France SA, domiciliated 11 avenue Delcass&eacute; - 75008 Paris.</p>

About the Job

<p>Risk management</p>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
<li>Monitor the compliance with regulatory and contractual investment constraints</li>
<li>Assist in calculating, monitoring and reporting the financial risks of managed funds</li>
<li>Prepare the different risk reports to Portfolio Managers, Senior Management and Board Members</li>
<li>Log the operational incidents and monitor the implementation of the corrective actions</li>
<li>Support the implementation of new risk indicators and risk analysis to improve the Risk Management Framework</li>
<li>Develop and automatize new &amp; existing Risk reports (Excel/Access VBA)</li>
<li>Support the documentation of the processes and procedures</li>
</ul>

Your Qualification

<p>We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and positive person who works well independently but is also a team player. The Senior Associate will be provided on-the-job training and close mentoring.</p>
<p>More specifically, we have the following requirements:</p>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
<li>Graduated of M2 and preferably some experience in the asset management industry</li>
<li>Development skills (VBA, SQL)</li>
<li>Impact Investing knowledge is a plus</li>
<li>Fluent in French and English&nbsp;</li>
<li>Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate sound work ethics and reliable&nbsp;</li>
<li>Discretion, high respect of confidentiality and flexibility are key</li>
