For this reason, we will not require personal data such as photos, date of birth or gender to be included on CV applications.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></p> <p>An Intern for our “Portfolio Management” division who supports the teams in charge of the management of our Blended Finance Mandates by preparing the Investment Committees and actively dealing with transaction related matters. The intern will also provide support to the Product and Risk manager on the general administration of the Fund.</p> <p>The position is based in our office in Zurich, with reporting line to one of the Portfolio Managers</p>

<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Coordinate the Fund’s monthly Investment Committees, manage communication with IC members and prepare all IC meeting documentation and minutes</li> <li>Liaise and coordinate actively with the Pipeline team to manage deal flow (pipeline of deals, IC decisions including special conditions, etc.)</li> <li>Liaise with the Investment Operations and Forex teams for the compliance clearance, legal closing, disbursement and currency hedging of each transaction</li> <li>Monitor the portfolio diversification and ensure compliance with the Issue Document, Investment Policy and Procedures and other guidelines</li> <li>Prepare the provisioning proposal each quarter</li> <li>Produce the monthly for the Investment Committee</li> <li>Support the team on other reporting duties and ad hoc requests</li> </ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a dynamic person who is autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.</p> <p>More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent in a Swiss Higher Education or University </li> <li>Interest for microfinance</li> <li>Advanced Excel and data analysis skills</li> <li>Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools</li> <li>Excellent written and oral skills in English; French is a plus</li> <li>Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit</li> <li>Available for 6 months</li> </ul>
